Job Title:English TechNet Forum Support Engineer
Core Responsibilities:
Problem Resolution
* Provide and facilitate the delivery of technical solutions and information to customers in English.
* Understand and learn MS products and technologies.
* Accept and resolve problems as appropriate for individual skill level.
* Escalate problems as necessary.
* Meet service delivery guidelines within the principles of the Customer Focused Culture.
* Responsible for achieving the team business goal of the service request volume and customer satisfaction rate.
Effective Communication
* Utilize effective verbal/written skills to communicate with partners and peers.
Knowledge Sharing Contribution
* Welcome and initiate collaboration as necessary.
Requirements and Skills:
* Bachelor degree. Better in computer science or EE
* Certification in CET-4 is a must. Better in CET-6.
* Enthusiasm for and experience with Microsoft products, and passion for Microsoft technologies.
* MCP Certified in at least one of the technologies supported is preferred
* In-depth understanding of at least 2 of the following technologies:
1.Knowledge in Windows XP/Vista setup, networking, security and performance.
2.Windows operating system, including Windows Vista/XP, networking, Active Directory.
3.Office products, including Word, Excel, SPS, Project, etc.
* Good Communication skill. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent demonstrated customer service skills, one year technical support experience is preferred
* Consulting or service related working experience is a preference.
