Position: Telecom Administrator (电话系统管理员)
Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:

        Provide Phone System support (Level 1 & 2) to users in various Locations
        Complete responsibility of  phone and voice mail systems       
        Perform day-to-day operation and administration of PBX (Siemens Hi-Path), voicemail (Siemens Expressions) systems and Call Center ( Siemens Procenter)
        Administrate calling card, cell phones and home lines programs
        Purchase phone equipment and maintain inventory
        Monitor the phone bills and work with the vendors to resolve any discrepancies

Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:

        A.A. or Bachelor Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Eng.)
        Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a Telecommunications Administrator in a call center environment
        Proven hands-on Experience with the installation, administration and management of telephone PBX (Siemens Hi-Path) and voice mail systems (Siemens Expressions)
        Knowledge of a variety of PC based tools and software
        Experience in a formal help desk support environment, customer handling skills
        Customer Service attitude
        Excellent written and verbal English are desirable

Position:Network Administrator (网络工程师)

Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position


Plan projects from design to launch
Analyze, design and document IT processes based on requirements documentation and QIAGEN standards
Responsible for the reliability of global network systems
Implement and administrate various services such as file- and printing system, e-mail system, security, virus protection, firewall, DNS, External ISP, Web Services
Implementation and administration of various systems such as: Windows, UNIX and Linux
Maintain Backup-Systems
Project management and project organization
Day-to-day operation and support of LAN and WAN Network


Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:


Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as Junior Network Administrator
Ability to communicate effectively with a professional user community and outside vendors
Highly developed organizational skills and ability to work independently
Experience in a formal network support environment and large roll-outs
Ability to lead small to medium sized global projects

Location: Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen

Position:Network Support Specialist (IT工程师)

Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position


Provide help desk support (Level 1 & 2) to users in various Locations
Evaluate new hardware and software solutions and new technology
Participate in roll-out of various IT and network projects
Installation, daily operations and troubleshooting of Desktop hardware, software and network components
Recommends purchase of desktop and laptop equipment and maintain invent

Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:


Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as a Network Support Specialist and/or Network Administrator
Proven experience with Local and Wide Area Networks
Ability to Work on small to medium sized global projects
Ability to communicate effectively with a professional user community and outside Vendor
Fluent written and verbal English language skills, (German is beneficial)

Position:IT Trainer (IT培训专员)

Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:


Communicate and understand training needs of internal customers
Propose, select and organize training solution/programs
Provide end-user training and tutoring on use of QIAGEN IT systems and policies
Receiving, classifying and solving of basic MS-Software problems
Cooperation with management, act as project coordinator to internal trainer development program
Communication with site directors and managers periodically, quarter training status update and analysis
Cooperate with global training project coordinator to implement global training program

Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:


Fluent in Chine and proficient in English for communication with end users
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively with a professional user community
More than 2 years training experience
Confirmed knowledge with a variety of Microsoft based Systems and MS Office software
Developed organizational skills and ability to work independently
Experience in a formal help desk support environment, customer service and communication skills
