解决方法也很简单，而且答案里也说得很清楚了，就是在你的域或OU的相关组策略中设置禁止*.DTA文件的脱机使用

在组策略编辑器里，用户配置==>管理模板==>网络==>脱机文件 中 设置对相应的文件和文件夹禁止“允许脱机使用”选项就可以了
