公司有个老外,用笔记本电脑在家一直无法连接服务器,他使用VPN登陆到公司,然后打开OUTLOOK后右下角的状态栏一直显示trying to connect sever,但使用保持这个状态而无法连接.

说明下环境,他家使用无线路由器,当然,在使用VPN拨入公司后,他能正常访问公司的其他资源，获得了一个公司内部的IP地址.除了OUTLOOK这个问题,其他一切正常.

我也尝试在公司环境下模拟了外部的IP地址,采用了一根国通网络的线路(非公司内部私有地址),然后当我使用那条线路用VPN登陆进公司后,OUTLOOK却能正常的连接到服务器.


现在的问题是,为什么OUTLOOK无法连接到服务器?究竟问题出在哪里?应该如何解决.

The problem is :

Microsoft outlook does not connect to the server , and keeps trying to do so without result.

This happens in hotels and also happens at home ( will try over the weekend a location with ADSL)

My home accesses broadband internet through a server in the compound.

Only in some hotels i can access my email

but always i can access , internet, the vishay Lan, and VPN connects.

有没有试过直接连上网线去拨VPN呀?我公司里就碰过这种问题,用无线就不能拨进来,但用回网线就可以,我都搞不懂是什么问题.:default8:

当天就尝试过用线接到无线路由器上，结果还是那样,OUTLOOK还是没法连到服务器

请检查他VPN连接后是否可以正常简析Exchange服务器的全域名？
或者在VPN的拨号连接里手动将DNS指定后尝试一下。
或直接在HOSTS文件里写死。

首先,VPN连接后能够PING通服务器(wsso08)并能正常的解释出IP地址,得到正确的PING值
然后,公司采用的并不是以WIN2003作为VPN服务器,而是租某公司的VPN服务器,使用对应的VPN软件进行VPN连接的.
最后,请问直接在HOSTS文件里写死是什么意思?

我这边的情况是：PIX做的VPN，VPN连接后常常会有Outlook不能连接服务器的现象，其它使用都正常；
后在HOSTS文件中加入了一条：192.168.222.20    mail.emergesrv.cn
后一直使用正常。

这个确实比较麻烦，我也遇到过，我解决的方法是这样的！

首先，让这个用户确认在家的上网时的dns是什么（之后会叫做本地dns），然后把首选dns的地址手动填入你公司负责解析exchange那台服务器的dns服务器地址，然后在备选dns服务器上填入你的本地dns地址。
这样就可以正确连接了，但是这么做很麻烦，对于对电脑不了解的人来说，操作很费劲！
